^Under fun facts it states "First new high rise in downtown (CBD) Cleveland in 40 years.  Come on guys...get your facts straight (Unless they are referring to residential high rise only and ignoring office buildings and hotels...if so they do not consider Crittendon Court a high rise).

What a great picture!

Edit -- looks like they've got the vertical steel up to the 17th new floor, which means two more to go.

Lest you forget 925 Euclid, although work hasn't started on that yet.

Great view!  This adds some really nice height along this stretch.... Wish we had some height on the South side of Euclid to balance it out... the height we once had was taken down :(

Looks like they're working on the 18th new floor, so the vertical girders that extend up from it will likely support the 19th and final new floor, barring any vertical structures for the rooftop mechanicals.

Since those photos were taken (July 23rd, right?), I believe the steel has topped out except for some rooftop mechanicals, perhaps.

I count 16 floors of above-garage steel completed in MayDay[/member]'s photo. That means there's three more to go. And based on those six new vertical supports visible, it appears that three more floors are what's yet to come.

So according to the website, the building is going to be 29 stories. I wasn't aware that the garage added that much more to the building. Also when this building tops out we can use it as a measuring stick for the PHS tower. This tower is 355' and the PHS tower is 396'.
