The new Stoney's Munchie Bar is having their "Grand 4/2Opening" on, well, 4/20. Seems fitting I guess? Their opening weekend lunch special is Limp Bizkits and Gravy!

... I live two miles away from this joint and I can already smell it from my front porch...

Steakhouse chain opens first Dayton-area location

black-rock*750xx800-450-0-31.jpg

A Michigan-based steakhouse chain specializing in "volcanic stone cooking" opened its first Dayton-area location on May 20.

Black Rock Bar & Grill opens today at 2745 Fairfield Commons Blvd. in Beavercreek, the former site of Don Pablo's, a Mexican restaurant that closed permanently in 2016. Black Rock's new 8,000-square-foot restaurant near The Mall at Fairfield Commons offers seating for nearly 300 people, and is the second Ohio location for the chain, according to a news release.

The arrival of Black Rock brings a new concept and jobs to Beavercreek, and also adds more restaurant competition to an already bustling restaurant scene. Restaurants added to the Fairfield Commons area so far this year include Giordano's, Jason's Deli, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Rusty Taco and Flyby BBQ.
