Show a pic of yourself!

Recommended Posts

I know most of you guys already know each other pretty well but since we have a meet coming up, I thought this would be a good time to put some faces to names.

I'll start with me. These are a few of my most recent photos of myself.

grasscat,

I did it for my own good. Four years ago I decided it would be a good idea to wear a lampshade while singing "hail to the victors" and i almost got urinated upon if it were not for a quick thinking friend of mine

Damn pope, do you ever go anywhere without a bag over your shoulder?

I bet if you went into popes closest he would have a whole section of bags.  Do you color cordinate the bag with the color of your shoes and belt?

I'm pass due showing my face to everyone (who didn't make the Columbus meet back in the spring)

That's me in the middle.  Lonnie Brooks (famous Blues guitarist/singer) on the right, his son Wayne Baker Brooks on the left.

This was taken back in April I believe (maybe May)

This is the least crappy picture of myself I could find (I'm on the left).

That's my dad (with his crazy hat) and I hiding some ammo in the woods in preparation for the coming revolution.

Wait... I've said too much.  I meant to say that we found a Geocache.  Yeah, that's it... I know nothing of any revolution.  Nothing.

Well, instead of a good picture, I have a cool one (at least I think so)  I took it when I was working in the gulf of Mexico on a barge constructing an oil pipeline.  The first pic is a self portrait of me being brought onboard by use of a basket.  The second was my view of the gulf and guys clutching the ropes for dear life.

And about that pipeline, since I helped engineer it,you can expect an enviromental disaster in about 10 years.

"instead of a good picture, I have a cool one (at least I think so)"

Errr, I preface this by saying "in the non-threatening and non-harassing way so I don't offend your sensibilities..." but I'd say that's a good picture (actually there are quite a few handsome gents on this board) :-)

It was only a matter of time before this thread became a dating service for MayDay!  :whip:

Hey now - I was simply making an inclusive, non-abrasive yet flattering observation. Besides if I really like someone, I sure as heck wouldn't do something so awful as DATE them! ;-)

I am NOT urbanohio.com's version of miketoronto!!!  :-P

Hey Pope,

Did you ever booze at the Bier Stube? Used to bartend there, and you (or your tigers hat) look familiar.

Bier Stube?

Never heard of it, nor do i even know what city its in........then again that doesn't mean i've never been

The stube is the last south campus bar still standing.  Between 8th and 9th on High.

So, I guess I did not serve you any $3 pitchers of Killians.

OK, I'm a glutton for punishment... But I'm not going to post a close-up pic of myself. This is me, after clothes-lining a Japanese tourist (seriously!) in Ottawa to take a pic of me next to their World War I memorial. That was 17 months (on the low side) and 40 pounds (on the high side) ago.....

If I knew the 2004 election was going to turn out the way it did, I would have stayed there. Such a beautiful and clean city.

In 1976, the City of Cleveland issued NINE building permits. NINE. When we start to feel down about the progress of development here vs. other cities, remember how lifeless Cleveland was and how far it's come.
