Awesome, thanks for posting.  I always envisioned something like this for Cleveland where the Hulletts(sp?) were.

 

yes i can definately see it in cle. or parts and pieces of it. with the hullets and wendy park and along the cuyahoga in the flats or a redeveloped scranton peninsula someday.

I need to get over and check it out. I love the design of the park and the buildings to come (and already built). I look at the bright blue/teal cranes everyday from afar when going over the Manhattan Bridge and keep saying to myself, "oh yeah, go check that out" but then not having time to make my way over there.
