Cincy: Massive Indian Hill / Terrace Park House Tour - Streets? Homes?

Recommended Posts

Hello UO fam,

What's the best IH/TP tour/route to take to see the most impressive homes in the area? What are must see houses?

It's been a while, so I'm a little rusty!

Thanks for your help!

The dead-end portion of Camargo has some good ones, including Stan Chesley's massive mansion and at the end of the street some funky modern ones: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.2025019,-84.3244369,3a,75y,40.11h,86.33t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sQX5JQ2-eeXncw9LuRW4gaQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

This house on Bridgewater was at one point the most expensive in Hamilton County: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.2088542,-84.3308426,3a,75y,206.32h,96.81t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sldHEjnaj0er-qh-RnovDww!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Cunningham and the side streets (like Kroger Farm Rd) off it have lots of big mansions: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.200024,-84.3132485,3a,75y,183.89h,85.18t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sEJToR0IuZbz6Mty2lW37Bg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Alberly Ln has some big newish (last 20-30 years) mansions:

Given, Shawnee Run, Buckingham, Cunningham, Old Indian Hill Road are all great for looking at houses. Park Road, which connects Terrace Park with Shawnee Run has some stunning homes too: https://www.google.com/maps/@39.1724856,-84.3044829,3a,75y,344.69h,77.63t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sq4i4gzixNEavZQFR4aWCXw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

Basically east of Drake is where the biggest homes are, though you can find big ones all over IH. The Rowe Arboretum is a hidden gem in IH, and there are some beautiful homes around there, too.
