I'm not even sure what that site uses to get that number.  They use a scale of 1-100, but give no details on how they arrive at the numbers.


The FBI data is very different.  Clermont County had 103 violent crimes in 2018.  Based on a 2018 population of 205,466, that would be a rate per 100,000 of 50.2. Hamilton County had a rate of 20.6.   Property crime in Clermont had a rate of 462.4, with Hamilton at 236.6.  Seems Clermont is much more dangerous than Cincinnati/Hamilton County.
