  4. That's it. When Kindler's closed, the space reopened as Amsterdam before it was all torn down

  6. New owner has no plans to sell the building. He's renovating the building & plans to lease it out. Parking being added to help in that process. He also bought & is renovating house directly behind that building on that corner, no demo is happening here
  7. FYI: Here's the ad from Hanna Commercial that was mentioned a few posts earlier. It states historic credits "possible." The word "possible" instead of "available" make me believe a new owner would have to apply for new tax credits, total guess on my part though. One can only hope that all the issues surroundings this project get resolved in the near future.

  11. Here's my bet for Fat Head's (They're having a "Closing Sale" now - South of Lorain by Chatham (just south of The Hostel & Campbells): https://www.google.com/maps/place/2104+W+25th+St,+Cleveland,+OH+44113/@41.483023,-81.702436,3a,75y,239h,90t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5
  12. Got this in my email today. Looks to be opening this weekend on the north side of Lorain Avenue between Fulton & Randall (w41st) http://canopy-collective.com/
  13. Butcher & Brewer: One of the owners invited me down to watch the browns game & have a few beers. They are putting the final pieces together before their grand opening (soon, very soon - they're having friends & family nights later this week, so that should give you an indication). The place looks great. Here are a few pics I took with my iPhone (only posting a few - final touches need to be made, and my iPhone pictures don't do the place justice). Side note: The bathroom, which looks great, is very unique, at least unique to Cleveland (you'll see what I mean when you check the place out).
  14. It was packed, these pics were taken during the opening ceremony (a good 30 minutes before the first match) - By match time, the crowd doubled.
