  1. I'd love to do that Bridge Climb in Sydney some day...
  2. Not just those. Meijer is the same way.
  3. Oh, and Westworld? Ugh. Enough with Delores. And if they EVEN think of getting rid of Maeve, I'll this forum down!
  4. Almost finished with Hunters. It's Inglourious Basterds meets The Boys. Glad to see a couple of Ohio actors shining but otherwise, meh.
  5. Craft brewery Fifty West opens new restaurant amid pandemic Cincinnati's Fifty West Brewing Co. is opening a new eatery serving up roadside Americana in the midst of the global Covid-19 pandemic. 6. Hate being technical here but Hamtramck is actually the most densely populated city between the Northeast and Chicago.
  7. Developers launch renovation of downtown Covington office building, adding rooftop bar, restaurant A local development team is starting on a complete renovation of a historical building in downtown Covington. 8. Well, it helps that we have no where else to go.
  9. While I'd love to live in a Family Ties kind of world, in reality, there is historic racial disparity regarding gun ownership that exists quite clearly today. Hell, even Canada's own David Frum agrees.
  10. I mean, the video is pretty much the...smoking gun!
  11. And the reason? “What I need to know is how many people have passed away in New York, and what I need to know is: Who has the bodies?” Diamond asked. “I need for somebody that does investigative work to call the morgues. To call the funeral homes. We need to know, because I don't trust anything else that comes out of his mouth now... Something's not right here. Something is off here.” She added: “Is this being deliberately spread? Look, I’m not being a conspiracy theorist, this is real, but I’m asking my own questions. What the hell is going on?" Silk, meanwhile, baselessly asserted that the disease was “man-made” and “engineered,” wondering aloud if there was a “little deep-state action going on behind the scenes.” She also questioned whether the World Health Organization had a “switch” to “turn this virus on and off?” These hoes are loyal, apparently.
  12. So you're arguing over nothing. A Trump move, got it.
  13. Gary and Akron ARE alike, it's just one fall hard and the other was successful. Both are rustbelt, manufacturing cities in Midwestern states that had different paths. I don't know why that would be considered "silly." What would be "silly" is if I compared Cleveland to, say, Vancouver. And as stated by another forumer, there hasn't been shown any benefits from merging into MSA and having a greater pool of money and resources. If you can show me an example of a secondary city benefiting from a merger into a larger MSA and getting more money and resources out of it, then I'll re-evaulate. Otherwise, it would be, as you said, silly and pointless.
  14. Chile, that happened long before this virus.
  15. Oh, totally. Akron-Canton makes sense, in theory, and certainly raises Akron's profile to a higher level, much like when Greenville (SC) merged with its satellite cities.
  16. Yeah, Akron would certainly benefit from merging with Canton to form a MSA but, to be fair, what benefit would it be for Canton? Much like Akron aligning with Cleveland, I don't see much benefit with Canton being included with Akron's MSA. Though it does make more sense as Akron and Canton do share an airport, unlike Hopkins.
  17. New photos: Take a closer look at Warped Wing's second location One of Dayton's largest breweries' expansion project is still moving forward, with plans to debut this summer. More below: https://www.bizjournals.com/dayton/news/2020/04/27/new-photos-take-a-closer-look-at-warped-wings.html
  18. Uhhh, you're the one who implied that Akron getting "additional federal dollars" would be an added benefit. The point (which you kinda made) is that Gary would still be Gary, thus no additional benefit.
  19. I didn't realize Akron would "benefit" from the additional federal dollars. I'll ask Gary and Bridgeport how that's going.
  20. Which illustrates my point of why Akron would get "swallowed" in Cleveland's orbit, much like the previous Hudson debate. It's without question that suburbs like Elsmere and the Christiana Mall are Wilmington, not Philadelphia, but due to Philly's orbit swallowing northern DE, they "may as well be."
  21. Yeah, you went all over. And I also never got a shot of that darn volcano in the distance either.
  22. Yes, Youngstown is their own media market with all stations. Oh, and Wilmington, DE is another example of a city "overlooked" due to a MSA combination. It certainly is an independent city with its own suburbs. Just swallowed up in Philadelphia's MSA, unlike Reading or Atlantic City.
