  1. Buy Buy Baby and World Market coming to the Phase 3 area by AG and H&M next fall. 14,400 sq ft and 18,270 sq ft, respectively. This should take up a huge chunk of the remaining space. https://www.cleveland.com/business/2020/01/world-market-buybuybaby-coming-to-crocker-park-in-fall-2020.html https://www.crainscleveland.com/retail/crocker-park-add-two-new-retailers

  3. Pinecrest hasn’t poached one thing from Legacy.
  4. Just had dinner at Pinstripes and saw that Cleveland’s first (Ohio’s second) Fabletics store is coming soon. It will be located between Brighton and Untuckit. This will complete that entire block of retail under the AC Hotel.
  5. According to this article, Saucy Pinecrest will 2,000 square feet. Guessing that means it won’t be heading into the former City Works space: https://m.clevescene.com/scene-and-heard/archives/2019/12/10/saucy-brew-works-to-open-pub-at-pinecrest
  6. Four DRS trucks and about 10 workers are back to work this morning. This time on W. Superior on the south side of the Superblock.

  8. I just came back from a work trip in Milwaukee and was very impressed by Northwestern Mutual’s downtown campus. They completed a 34 story tower back in 2017 that essentially created a campus by integrating with their other buildings. And although it’s not a campus, another impressive HQ tower that has recently been completed is Bridgestone’s in Nashville. That one is 30 stories.
  9. https://www.crainscleveland.com/real-estate/ernst-young-llp-move-akron-office-east-end-development At least they are staying close.
  10. https://www.crainscleveland.com/real-estate/major-downtown-cleveland-site-undergoes-soil-test Just walked past the site and the trucks are still there.
  11. Red the Steakhouse opening November 29: https://www.crainscleveland.com/food-and-dining/red-steakhouse-sets-nov-29-opening-pinecrest
  12. Huge for downtown Akron: https://www.crainscleveland.com/akron-news/firstenergy-corp-cements-itself-akron
  13. Totally agree. If you were a casual observer or an out of town visitor, you would really have to look to see that SW is headquartered downtown. With the Landmark building, there’s not even a logo on the outside by the front door.
  14. I believe the company is working with Vocon if I remember correctly.
  15. INDOCHINO is coming to Pinecrest on October 18th. This will be their first northeast Ohio location and second in Ohio. Judging by Pinecrest's map, the 2,700 square foot shop will be in Thread's former spot. https://patch.com/ohio/beachwood/indochino-opening-first-cleveland-area-store-pinecrest
