  1. Sorry- I should have clarified. I believe there's a mix of micro, studio, 1 bed, and 2 beds ranging from 440 to 1,300 SF respectively (from what I've been told) The 790 SF is the average when taking the mix into account.
  2. Essentially no parking is being provided. 125 units at an average of 790 SF per unit.

  5. Correct. They should have their financing finalized by the end of the year and construction will begin quickly.
