  1. So the Browns traded Richardson to the Colts this evening...... Trent Richardson dealt to Colts The Cleveland Browns have traded former first-round pick Trent Richardson to the Indianapolis Colts for a first-round pick. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/9690728/cleveland-browns-trade-trent-richardson-indianapolis-colts-according-source
  2. Dec 25th - Cleveland > Newark > Glasgow, Scotland (staying in Balloch with family) Dec 31 - Glasgow > Gran Canary Islands Jan 7 - Gran Canary Island > Glasgow Jan 14 - Glasgow > Newcastle (Newcastle United vs Queens Park Rangers) Jan 15 - Glasgow > Newark > Cleveland
  3. Bring back the Hartford Whalers and Quebec Nordiques as well!
  4. Awesome photos! I had a fun freshman year at ASU before i made the smart decision to transfer home to CSU. I'm going to Phoenix over Thanksgiving to visit family and it will be my first trip to the dessert in 4 years.
  5. Disregarding the effects this could have on potential seasons tickets sales, people have already begun to pay for (or have fully paid for) their seasons tickets for next year. Even if it's legal at this point to force them to give one of those tickets up, I sure think it would be terrible business. It sounds like a funny idea, but if it were to actually happen, I think it'd be nothing but an embarrassment to our city and our own team. The best we can hope for out of this game is to magically find a way to pound the Heat and have our fans roaring with excitement and jeers throughout the whole game. Bah. Empty I say!! So with the T-wolves waiving Delonte, does this mean we might consider bringing him back, or is his baggage just too much now? Windhorst said 0.00000 percent chance. Face value of tickets for the game has to be $1,000,000, not to mention concession sales. No way Gilbert would willingly give that up. See my previous post about placing season ticket holder in an alternate location. I would love to see everyone in the arena turn their back to the court when Lebron's name is introduced before the game and the arena be COMPLETELY silent. Dont even boo the guy, turn your back on him like he turned his back on the city.

    2010 World Cup

The Wyndham projects the games on their big screen when they are on. Maybe we could all plan on meeting there one day (if it's nice) and watch it. There are tables & chairs outside as well during the week! :) Way to go USA! Such a good game today!! I'm in, do we know when the next game is yet? Saturday at 2:30!

    2010 World Cup

It would have been nice if the referee actually gave a reasoning as to why the goal was dissalowed, but FIFA does not require any explanation. There easily could have been 3 calls for a PK for the U.S. with all the grabbing and bear hugging inside the box. But still, a USA win against Algeria and we're on to the next round!

It all comes down to how well our back line can handle Rooney, especially Onyewu. Bob Bradley is saying he is 100% and at fit for the game. If Onyewu can handle Rooney than i really like our chances. I'd love to see the U.S. come out and stun England and the rest of the world just the same way they did last year when we beat Spain. But honestly I see the game ending in a 1-1 draw, which would still be great for our chances of advancing out of the group. I'm not yet sold on Buddle yet, even though he has been tearing it up in MLS this season. The defenders are going to be a LITTLE bit better than the ones he's been going against in the first half of MLS.

    2010 World Cup

Wow.... Didier Drogba from the Ivory Coast and Rio Ferdinand from England will both miss the World Cup. Drogba broke his arm in a friendly and Ferdinand injured his knee. Two huge losses for their respective teams. Also, Jozy Altidore has a sprained ankle but should be ready to go for next Saturday's opening match against England.
  10. Wow, those pictures were great. It looked like a lot of fun for all. I'm going to do my best and try to make it for the June ride.
  11. Picked up 6 points in four days, not a bad weekend for our Crew.
  12. Was downtown on E. 4th before the Grease musical yesterday afternoon and noticed that House of Blues is closed once again and will not open until Tuesday. I'm not sure when they closed though.
  13. *START RANT* Can anyone here put together a lawsuit and threaten to sue ESPN? I'm not the biggest basketball fan but I am a Cleveland sports fan and will root for ALL OF our teams. But I'm flipping through the channels this morning and ESPN is at it again with the Cleveland sucks and our ENTIRE economy is linked to Lebron James spin. I don't know who the reporter was (if you can even call these clowns reporters), but in the segment he kept saying that if lebron leaves then there are many businesses downtown that could shut down because the entire cleveland economy will tank. Please ESPN f*ck off, I know you want lebron to leave cleveland but you dont have to shove it down the throats of those people who live and die by what you spit out at them, but give it up. Again, why do you have NFL Live talking about lebron james and what they think he should do? It's not just about Lebron James, but instead its about espn bashing cleveland and finding any reason to talk down on MY town, in hopes that lebron leaves cleveland and goes somewhere closer to their HQ. Who cares if he leaves, Cleveland was a great town before lebron was here and it will continue to be a great town after he leaves. *END*
  14. Awesome pictures!! Good to see my high school in this thread too! Where is the Weizer block? That is a beautiful building but have no idea where it is at
  15. Since when did Air Canada and Delta start flying planes into Burke? Over the past 2 weeks I've seen an Air Canada plane land once and parked by one of the hangers once. And 2 days ago I saw a Delta plane parked next to the same hanger closest to the terminal. I dont know plane sizes at all so I can't say which one it was, but it was bigger than the planes Continental flys out of terminal D at Hopkins.
