  Yeah, that area is definitely in need of some TLC. Perhaps some mid-rise residential there. But we are digressing. We better get back to SHW.

  Hilton split each floor into a north and south pour, but your timing is correct for each pour. In bigger markets like Chicago or NYC, they can do that in about 3 days.

  I don't think Charlotte as a whole is something to aspire to - maybe just the skyline. It's much more car-centric than Columbus. Like any city, it has nice neighborhoods, but City Nerd calls it the world capital of sprawl. Columbus City density 4,109.64/sq mi, Urban Density 3,036.4/sq mi Charlotte City density 2,821.06/sq mi, Urban Density 2,098.3/sq mi

  Two things: 1. we do have our stadium but it needs massive amount of investment and 2. our convention center cannot host larger events that end up at the IX Center. The calculus is different of course, but I'd argue it's not drastically so.
